Professor Immergut received an Ed.D. degree in Mathematics Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is a co-author of two textbooks for adults: Arithmetic and Algebra...Again and An Introduction to Algebra: A Workbook for Reading, Writing and Thinking about Mathematics.
